Beginning in mortgage field services, WeInspect XYZ’s experience expanded into higher-value and more specialized work: construction draw and progress inspections, collateral inspections, merchant sites, site verifications, floor plan inspections, occupancy assignments, and lender-directed field services.
That background includes active construction sites, direct communication with contractors and site representatives, and documentation throughout ground-up construction, renovations, and remodels.
Project experience spans single-family construction, residential developments, multifamily, retail, commercial, and hospitality properties—from individual residences through multi-story properties up to approximately six stories.
